February 3rd - Grandfather Registraion (for anyone that participated in the 2011 season) 6-8 at the Cheer Barn
Open Registration Dates
February 10th & 17th, March 22nd, April 23rd and May 10th.
6:30-8 at the Cheer Barn
(Please note there was a tyographical mistake on the registration flyer - Family CAP will be for "MORE THEN 2 CHILDREN"
Please complete the attached forms and bring them with you to registration - we will provide forms at registration also. Along with the forms please bring Original Birth Certificate and a copy and a picture of your child. The report cards will be asked for in June.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Football players must be weighed in at registration.
The registration flyer had a mistake on it regarding the family cap. It should have ready more then 2 children a family cap will apply. My apologies for any inconvenience.
