NJ CHEER FORCE, a Cheer/Tumbling Gym on Route 37 in Toms River, is providing summer cheer workouts for the month of July.  Cheer Workouts are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and the cost is $70.00 for the month, plus a registration fee (if not already registered) of $25.00.  These summer cheer workouts include 1 hour of cardio and 1 hour of skill training (flying/flexibility, basing/strength, tumbling and jumping/form).  Get ready for the Pop Warner season!!!  Call Mike at NJ Cheer Force at (732) 240-5222 or e-mail him at mikeproto@njcheerforce.com for more information.

SPIRIT FACTORY is offering a "Discover the Spirit Experience Cheer Camp" at Toms River Intermediate South on Monday, July 28, 2008 and Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at Toms River Intermediate South from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m..  The cost is $189.00 per cheerleader for two days, or $100.00 per cheerleader for one day.
