2008 REGISTRATION DATES

If you have not yet registered your child for the 2008 Season, we will be accepting registrations at our Parent Meeting, which will be held at our complex on Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at 6:30 p.m..

2008 REGISTRATION FEES

Registration Fee Per Child:  $160.00

Family Cap:  $275.00

Registration Fee for Flag Football:  $75.00

$50.00 Raffle Fee per family also due at Registration

$75.00 Work Bond due at Registration (more information below)

2008 REGISTRATION DOCUMENTATION

You should bring with you to Registration a head shot wallet size photo of your child, as well as the original and one copy of your child's birth certificate.  Your child should be registered by his/her parent or legal guardian, as there will be documentation that needs to be signed.

ALL children registering for the 2008 Season will need to have a 2008 physical prior to the start of the Season (date to be announced but may be the last week of July).  Further, both pages of the 2008 Physical Fitness and Medical History Form must be completed by your child's doctor and must bear the stamp of the treating physician, as well as his/her signature.  If this form is not completed in it's entirety, your child will not be able to participate in the program.  For your convenience, Manchester Hawks Pop Warner will offer physicals on Saturday, July 26, 2008 for a $25.00 fee.  Time and location to be announced.

You will also need to provide a full copy of your child's final report card from the 2007-2008 School Year.  All four marking periods must be listed on the report card.

2008 WORK BOND INFORMATION

The Work Bond fee for the 2008 Season is $75.00.  This remains unchanged from the 2007 Season.  If you paid your Work Bond in 2007 and if you fulfilled the Work Bond requirements, you will not have to pay the Work Bond again at 2008 Registration.  However, if you did not fulfill the Work Bond requirements in the 2007 Season, you will have to pay the Work Bond fee at Registration.

The Work Bond requirements have changed this year.  In order to fulfill your 2008 Work Bond requirement, you must work two concession stand duties, one field duty and one event.  This year, the snack stand will be open for practices during the week and you will have the opportunity to work your concession stand duties at that time.  Starting this year, you will also have the opportunity to work at any home game so you may enjoy watching your child play football or cheer.  Work bond sign-ups will be done at the MANDATORY Football and Cheer Parent Meetings in July and will be first come, first serve.
